I started with MT in 2002 as a graduate accountant, through the training and mentoring I was provided by the partners and senior staff I was able to progress to a director. Over the years I have found the team environment positive, while some colleagues have moved on from MT, the firm has been able to recruit likeminded replacements that also share the firm value. Our clients are treated with respect, aside from getting the tax right, we see our role being one of guidance and mentoring to assist them to understand the financial data and achieve their goals. o MT has provided me with an opportunity to own a share of a business, work in an ever changing industry and build relationships with likeminded clients and colleagues
